How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by logging on to your account, clicking your name in the upper right corner, choose the subscription you want to cancel, and click “Pause subscription.” After this is done you won’t be charged again and you will no longer recieve any products. Does this sound like to much work? Just send an email to support@tiedaygroup.com and we will help!

I can only pause my subscription, how do I cancel it for good?

Your subscription is canceled as soon as you pause it.

Why did I get charged more than once when I only placed one order?

If you order one necktie and choose the deal “Monthly,” you will receive one new necktie each month and will get charged once a month as this is a subscription. You can cancel the subscription at any time, even immediately after making your first purchase.

I chose a special tie when I placed my first order. I have changed my mind since, can I get a different one?

Of course but we may already have shipped your tie. Please send an email to support@tiedaygroup.com and we will do what we can!

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order. If you want a refund and the product has already been sent out, please return the product unused.

I am a victim of fraud, what should I do?

Contact us on support@tiedaygroup.com right away to cancel any subscriptions and to follow the case. We also recommend that you contact the proper authorities and your bank to block the card that has been used.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship to your country! We ship to all countries!

Will I have to pay taxes?

If you live in Europe, you don’t have to pay taxes. If you live outside of Europe, it is possible that you may have to pay taxes for your poduct.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost is included in the price of the subscription.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

If you log in to your account and click your name, you can see when your order was shipped. If it hasen’t been shipped yet, it will be shipped the following tuseday or thursday.

When can I expect to receive the monthly boxers?

If you live in Sweden, you can expect to receive your brand new product at the end of the first week of the month or at the beginning of the second week. If you live in other countries in Europe you’ll get your product during the second week, and if you live outside of Europe, you’ll get your product during the second or third week.

Can I track my order?

Unfortunately, there is no way to track your order. Please contact us on support@tiedaygroup.com if you haven’t received your order within ten days from the original shipping date.

I haven’t received my order, why is this?

If you haven’t received you order, please contact us on support@tiedaygroup.com to make sure we have your correct address. Please keep in mind it can take up to three working days for deliveries within Sweden, up to seven working days for deliveries within Europe, and up to ten working days for deliveries to the rest of the world.

How do I return a product?

You can return a product by sending it to Teknologgatan 8c, 113 60 Stockholm, Sweden. For a refund, the product must be unused and with all original packaging.

How do I change my shipping address?

Send us an email at support@tiedaygroup.com with your new address.

I have sent an email to your customer service but you haven’t replied. When are you going to get back to me?

We will get back to you within 48 hours. Although during summertime and public holidays, it can take longer.

I have been promised points, or something similar, in exchange for buying your product. I’ve not received what I’ve been promised although I’ve made a purchase. What should I do?

In this case, you should contact the company that made this promise. We can assist you with evidence of your purchase after that.

How does the Friday Tieday referral program work?

For every friend you successfully refer to Friday Tieday, a $20 credit is automatically added to your account.

How can I earn Friday Tieday Credit?

It’s easy - copy your unique referral link from your account page, share across your social media (or however you choose), each time a friend signs up and completes a purchase using your unique link, a $20 Friday Tieday Credit is added to your account.

How can I use my Friday Tieday Credit?

Credits earned will be automatically added to your account. Credits will be applied first before any monthly recurring charges, and can be used towards new purchases or product add-ons. Credits cannot be used towards gift cards.
